2015 Form W-4 -- Fill-In
Complete Form W-4 so that your employer can withhold the correct Federal and state income taxes from your pay. Because your tax situation may change, you may want to refigure your withholding each year.
I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification
All U.S. employers are responsible for completion and retention of Form I-9 for each individual they hire for employment in the United States. This includes citizens and noncitizens. On the form, the employer must verifty the employment eligibility and identify documents presented by the employee and record the document information on the Form I-9. Acceptable documents are listed on the back of the form.
New Hire Report
This report must be submitted within 20 days of employment.
